Celebrate the flavours of the Saanich Peninsula with our Saanich to Table Summer Series — a seasonal dining experience highlighting the farmers, growers, and makers who shape our local food story.

Each Thursday of the month, our culinary team will feature a seasonal menu, crafting a thoughtfully curated tasting menu that showcases the best of the season’s harvest. Every dish will be paired with exceptional Saanich beverage pairings, creating a true farm-to-table journey rooted in our region.

A celebration of the farms, fields, orchards, and coastal bounty of the Saanich Peninsula, thoughtfully crafted to showcase the finest ingredients grown and raised in the Victoria region.
