Frequently Asked Questions
The primary renter must be at least 21 years of age and have both a Driver’s License AND a credit card (Visa, Mastercard OR American Express) in their name.
We understand that life happens. If you’re unable to come for your boat rental reservation, please call or email to cancel and give us as much notice as possible. Customers who “no show” will not be able to make advance bookings in the future.
OUR CANCELLATION POLICY FOR VISITOR MOORAGE:
- More than 7 days until scheduled arrival – no penalty, we refund 100% of total reservation fee or the 50% deposit.
- 7 days or less until scheduled arrival – we refund 50% of total booking fee (no refund of the 50% deposit).
- 2 days or less until scheduled arrival – no refund, we charge 100% of total reservation fee (or the remaining 50% deposit).
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Interac (Debit), Mobile Tap Payments & Cash. Please note that a valid credit card is required (in the renter’s name) for Visitor Moorage and for Boat Rentals.
WHAT SHOULD I BRING FOR MY BOATING ADVENTURE?
We recommend that you pack sunscreen, a hat, sunglasses, weather-appropriate clothing, dry bag for valuables (cell phone for time and emergencies), waterproof watch, water, and snacks. Please keep in mind that salt water is corrosive and can permanently damage some metals and electronics.
It’s always best to wear layers in case the temperature changes and you get hot or cold.
If you forget something, don’t worry! Our marina store sells snacks, dry bags, sweatshirts, sunscreen, flip flops & more!
