To avoid disappointment, we recommend booking your spa experience 4 to 6 weeks in advance.
We only accept group bookings for a maximum of 4 people. Because group bookings can be complex in nature, we recommend you contact us directly via email: [email protected] or phone 250-544-5111.
We request that you please provide us with 24 hours’ advance notice to change or cancel your appointment. If we receive less than 24 hours’ notice, to cancel or reschedule we will charge the card on file 50% of the total treatment cost. Missed appointments or same-day cancellations are subject to full charge.
The Brentwood Spa is an adult sanctuary with the minimum age requirement of each guest being 18 years of age.
All treatments include 2 hours of pool time. If your treatments are closer to the end of the day, we advise you to arrive early and use the pools before your treatment starts, as the pool closes at 5:45 pm for Spa guests.
For our guest’s relaxation, phones are allowed but must be silenced for the entirety of your stay before entering the spa reception. Phone and/or video calls are prohibited.
Please arrive a minimum 15-30 minutes prior to your appointment time. Late arrivals will limit the time of your service and as a courtesy to the next guest, your spa service will end on time regardless of when you begin.
Upon arrival, Spa Guests will receive a robe and sandals, as well as access to a locker where all personal items can be stored.
*On departure Sandals must be returned to the Spa Reception, failure to return Spa Sandals will result in a $25 charge that will be made to the card details stored on file.
As a Resort Guest, we ask that you arrive in the robe and sandals provided for you in your room. As there is limited locker space, Resort Guests are asked to leave all personal items in their room and only bring their key card.
You are welcome to use our complimentary parking. If the Resort’s primary car park is full, please use the gravel car park located just across from the Pub entrance. A parking pass is REQUIRED. Please collect one from the front desk in the main lobby upon arrival. The pass must be clearly displayed in your vehicle. IMPORTANT! Your vehicle will be towed if No Pass is displayed.
For our guest’s serenity, the spa operates a strict quiet zone policy upon arrival at the spa reception. Please be mindful to keep noise levels at a minimum at reception, in the locker rooms, corridors, lounge, and pool deck.
Only the Registered Massage Therapy massage is applicable for extended healthcare benefits
