As summer gives way to autumn, join us at The Arbutus Room for Harvest Table, an evening celebrating the flavours, abundance, and changing seasons of Vancouver Island.
Marking the Fall Equinox and the launch of our new autumn menu, this special dining experience invites guests to gather around the table and experience our new autumn menu in a grazing-style format.
Our culinary team will showcase the season’s ingredients through a generous selection of dishes served family-style for the long-table to share. The evening is designed to unfold leisurely — with dishes arriving throughout the evening, inviting guests to taste, share, linger, and discover the new autumn menu together.
Paired with thoughtfully selected Saanich beverage pairings, Harvest Table is an invitation to welcome the season, gather around the table, and savour the very best of our region.
Linger Longer
The evening doesn’t have to end with the last bite. Linger longer and join us for a special stargazing experience beginning at 8:45 PM, guided by the Centre of the Universe. Step outside beneath the autumn sky and discover the wonders of the night through an engaging, guided experience.
