Chapeaux and Champagne Lunch | Sunday August 16th @ 12:30PM

Arrival: 12:30pm | Lunch Served: 1:00pm

Set against the waterfront backdrop of Brentwood Bay, guests are invited to don their finest chapeau and gather on the patio for a leisurely four-course luncheon inspired by the vibrant flavours of the season. Thoughtfully paired with Veuve Clicquot throughout the experience, each course is designed to complement the bright, celebratory character of the champagne while showcasing the culinary creativity of our chefs.

Raise a glass to the start of an unforgettable week with lively conversation, beautiful waterfront views, and a touch of French-inspired elegance.

Dress Code: We invite you to embrace the spirit of the afternoon with polished attire and your favourite statement chapeau or fascinator.
- Elegant hats, fascinators, and dressy tea hats are warmly encouraged.
- Smart casual to elevated daytime attire is recommended.
- Beachwear, athletic apparel, tank tops, and overly casual clothing are not permitted.
- Flip-flops and bare feet are not permitted. Elegant sandals are welcome.

Sips & Stargazing | Wednesday August 19th @ 9-11PM

As twilight settles over the Salish Sea, discover the beauty of the night sky during an unforgettable evening of Veuve Clicquot and stargazing on the marina patio.

Begin the experience during golden hour with a glass of Veuve and a chef-crafted sweet treat as the sun sets over Brentwood Bay. As darkness falls, members of the Centre of the Universe team will guide guests through the wonders of the night sky using professional telescopes, sharing stories of the constellations, planets, and celestial objects visible overhead.

Blending coastal serenity with expert astronomy, Sips & Stargazing offers a unique opportunity to experience the universe from one of Vancouver Island’s most picturesque waterfront settings.

Exclusive Veuve Pool Party | Friday August 21st @ 12-4PM

Celebrate the final days of Week of Veuve with an exclusive poolside affair overlooking the Salish Sea.

For one afternoon only, the pool deck transforms into a vibrant Veuve-inspired celebration, where champagne, music, and coastal luxury come together. Lounge poolside with a glass of Veuve, enjoy live DJ entertainment, savour chef-crafted passed canapés, and soak in the summer atmosphere with access to the resort’s heated outdoor pool and hot tub.

Whether you’re basking in the sunshine or dancing to the soundtrack of summer, this is the ultimate poolside celebration before the Week of Veuve finale.
