Thoughtfully paired with Veuve Clicquot throughout the experience, each course is designed to complement the bright, celebratory character of the champagne while showcasing the culinary creativity of our chefs.

Begin the experience during golden hour with a glass of Veuve and a chef-crafted sweet treat as the sun sets over Brentwood Bay. As darkness falls, members of the Centre of the Universe team will guide guests through the wonders of the night sky using professional telescopes, sharing stories of the constellations, planets, and celestial objects visible overhead.
Blending coastal serenity with expert astronomy, Sips & Stargazing offers a unique opportunity to experience the universe from one of Vancouver Island’s most picturesque waterfront settings.
