Celebrating 20 Years of Local Flavour
This year marks the 20th anniversary of Flavour Trails, and we’re proud to help launch A Season of Flavour with an evening of fresh bites, local sips, and storytelling in The Arbutus Room.
Created and coordinated by Capital Region Food & Agriculture Initiatives Roundtable (CRFAIR), Flavour Trails celebrates the farms, producers, and makers who shape the vibrant food culture of the Saanich Peninsula and Greater Victoria region. Each summer, the Flavour Trails map invites locals and visitors alike to discover the people and places behind our local food system.
As a proud Saanich Peninsula partner, Brentwood Bay Resort is honoured to host the Flavour Trails Kick-Off Event in The Arbutus Room and to feature fellow Flavour Trails partners across our food and beverage menus.

Saanich to Table Summer Series
Continue the celebration of local flavour throughout the summer with our Saanich to Table Summer Series — a seasonal dining experience inspired by the farms and producers of the Saanich Peninsula.
From July through September, our culinary team will spotlight a different local farm each month, crafting a thoughtfully curated tasting menu that showcases the best of the season’s harvest. Each dish will be paired with exceptional Saanich beverage selections, creating a true farm-to-table experience rooted in our region.
Together with our partners and community, we invite you to celebrate the flavours, stories, and people that make the Saanich Peninsula such a remarkable place to dine.
