Join Catherine Cheong every Thursday at 6 PM for “The Moment,” a transformative breathwork series exploring themes like Trust and Inner Child work. Suitable for all levels, these sessions employ Conscious Connected Circular Breathing to reset your nervous system and promote healing. Each 90-minute class includes breathwork, journaling, and a sharing circle with herbal tea. Book your spot now for a journey back to yourself in a safe and nurturing space. Spaces are limited!
