Gather with loved ones this Thanksgiving for a family-friendly celebration at The Arbutus Room. Enjoy a special 3-course menu inspired by our Saanich to Table series, crafted with hyper-local ingredients that highlight the season’s best. Available exclusively during dinner service, our Thanksgiving menu requires full table participation for a fully immersive experience. Our regular menu will also be offered during this dinner service.

Prix Fixe $65 per person (Full table participation required )

  • First Course – Brussels | Roasted brussels, pork cheek, parmesan, beet molasses 
  • Second Course – Turkey Roulade | Roasted turkey breast, turkey thigh, carrots, confit potato, squash puree, focaccia stuffing, rosemary demi 
  • Third Course – Kabocha Pumpkin Cheesecake | Kabocha-chevre mousse, dark chocolate crĂŠmeux, chocolate soil

Bring the whole family together this Thanksgiving at The Pub, where we’re serving up a cozy 3-course fresh sheet. Choose the full three-course experience or mix and match your favourites by ordering dishes individually. A warm, family-friendly atmosphere and hearty seasonal flavours make it the perfect place to celebrate.

$48 for all three courses or Ă  la carte

  • Butternut Squash Bisque $12 | Roast butternut squash bisque, Crème fraiche, fresh herbs, pumpkin seeds
  • Roast Turkey Dinner $28 | Roast turkey breast, braised turkey thigh, classic dressing, maple roast brussel sprouts, turkey gravy, cranberry sauce.
  • Pumpkin Pie Tart $13 | Classic pumpkin pie, whipped cream, candied pecan
