We Seek a Seasonal Breakfast Server!


Brentwood Bay Resort & Spa, is a luxury boutique property that is unlike any other hotel or resort property in the Greater Victoria area. We believe in doing more than serving delicious meals, providing relaxing spa treatments our welcoming guests to beautiful oceanfront suites. The breakfast server position works in conjunction with the Food and Beverage Manager and/or with an assigned floor supervisor to impress our guests with service whether in the pub or the more formal dining room. This role is for a sophisticated West Coast dining room where friendly swiftness + knowledge makes the difference; Our food and beverage team members model effectiveness, professionalism + the very best of their personality that is distinct and appropriate to either the pub or the dining room.

  • Certification in WHMIS;
  • Proficiency with point of sale systems;
  • Proven experience in maintaining high standards of productivity;
  • The ability to perform physical work, stand/walk for long periods of time and lift 50 lbs;
  • The ability to work a flexible schedule based on business demands;
  • Banquet experience (considered an asset).
