We’ve pivoted to a hyperlocal approach for our new Arbutus Room dinner menu with approximately 90% being sourced from within 100km of us!

šŸ“Vancouver Island has farmers and producers doing extraordinary things and we want to help them showcase the fruits of their labour. We want people to taste the difference of something picked at peak ripeness, in season, from the field two days ago. 


šŸ§‘ā€šŸŒ¾Supporting local isn’t always easy, but we believe the payoff is worth it. We’re here to celebrate the difference that fresh, local, and in-season ingredients can make — not just for your taste buds, but for the future of sustainable food systems.

Our goal is to honour our restaurant’s namesake and find a harmonious culinary voice in this amazing landscape. Refined, seasonal, contemporary West Coast cuisine, borrowing global techniques, with a focus on honouring the history and traditions of the land we occupy, the seasonal local bounty and a collaboration with the amazing farming community on southern Vancouver Island.
